Payment is upfront via paypal or stripe invoice, no refunds are permitted.

Attempted chargebacks without discussion at any point will be noted as a violation of ToS, and will lead to an immediate and permanent blacklist.

Payment plans are available for larger commissions. Each portion of the payment plan will contribute towards the completion of a portion of the final piece; payment for each portion is still to be paid upfront, and no progress will be made until done so.

I, fathomcube, reserve all copyrights to the artwork, the preliminary drafts, and any incidental work made in the creation of the artwork.

For personal, non-commercial use. The client shall only use the artwork for personal use. The client shall not use the artwork or any preliminary draft for commercial puposes.

Reproductions or alterations of the final piece for monetary purposes such as, but not exclusive to, merchandise, NFTs, blockchain and/crypto, AI work or AI data training or resale are not permitted. Violation of this will lead to loss of rights to artwork.

I will not do vague revisions. Please be specific.

Revisions that require substantial work will include additional charges.

Final product is digital

Final product will be sent via email and no physical version of the product will be mailed.

Larger commissions may be shared through an online drive. In either scenario, it is the client's responsibility to download any offline copies for themselves to keep.
