HOW TO ORDER

  • Contact me on Discord: fathomcube.commission. Or shoot me a DM on any social media account you find me on, if I don't answer try the first one.

  • Please mention what style you'd like for the commission; render, flat color, or sketch.

  • Send character references and/ or references describing the appearance of the subject (images preferred).

  • Specifics (pose, expression, etc.)

  • Feel free to mention creative freedom if you prefer that instead.

REVISIONS

  • I will not do vague revisions. Please be specific.

  • Don't take advantage of revisions.

  • Revisions that require substantial work will include additional charges.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is upfront via PayPal invoice, no refunds are permitted.

  • Attempted chargebacks without discussion at any point will be noted as a violation of ToS, and will lead to an immediate and permanent blacklist.

  • Payment plans are available for larger commissions. Each portion of the payment plan will contribute towards the completion of a portion of the final piece; payment for each portion is still to be paid upfront, and no progress will be made until done so.

DELIVERABLES

  • Final product is digital

  • Final product will be sent via email and no physical version of the product will be mailed.

  • Larger commissions may be shared through an online drive. In either scenario, it is the client's responsibility to download any offline copies for themselves to keep.

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I, fathomcube, reserve all copyrights to the artwork, the preliminary drafts, and any incidental work made in the creation of the artwork.

  • For personal, non-commercial use. The client shall only use the artwork for personal use. The client shall not use the artwork or any preliminary draft for commercial puposes.

  • Reproductions or alterations of the final piece for monetary purposes such as, but not exclusive to, merchandise, NFTs, blockchain and/crypto, AI work or AI data training or resale are not permitted. Violation of this will lead to loss of rights to artwork.

  • Any term definition is up to the definition of I the artist, fathomcube.

  • I am not obligated to accept your commission and reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, for any reason.

  • Upon payment of invoice, to any capacity, client agrees to my Terms and conditions therewithin.
